Warranty:

Limited 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects only. If you received a defective product, you must inform us within 7 days from the date of your delivery. Defective product to be found within the warranty period will be repaired for free (including exchanging the spare parts, screen and power supply board) After 1 year warranty time period, we can repair the product with fee. Please send in pictures/videos of defective product. Our support team is readily available to assist you through the process.





Returns:

If you are not satisfied with any products, refund is eligible under the following conditions:

1. Your refund request must be made within (7) calendar days from the delivery of the product.

2. Return Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only Product cost will be refunded if applicable.

3. Unused products will be fully refunded. Used products, as long as all original items and packaging are included and in reasonable condition, can still be returned, but will be subject to 25% restocking fee. Used products are defined as any product that has a broken seal or appears to have been taken out of the packaging (even if it was just used once and cleaned afterwards).

If any items/parts are missing, full refund will not be applicable.

4. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Returning a Product:

Follow these steps to return a product:

4.1 You can request the return through email at info@degreestat.com.au You will be sent a pre-paid shipping return label. The return labels must be used within 2 weeks of being issued, or they are subject to cancellation.

4.2 The product must be packed in its original packaging and ensure the product will be returned without any damage.

4.3 Once the product is received at our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.





Exchanges:

Exchanges are not permitted unless you receive a defective product and inform us within the warranty time frame.
